One of our long term clients (15+ years) asked us to look at ways of modernising the facade on these dated looking 1960’s retirement units.
After considering our client’s budget, we recommended render & texture coat the frontages of both single storey & double storey units.
We also will remove the dated steel & timber 1st floor balustrade and replace it with low maintenance powder-coated steel to match surrounding fencing. Now residents enjoy an unobstructed view through the new balustrade from their balconies.
When completed, not only will the property appear more desirable, the property value will also increase significantly.
