After getting design finalised, planning approvals, engineering, building certification etc all I needed was a builder. Driving on Fitzroy Tce on my way to a medical appointment I spotted a grey ute with Golding Projects emblazoned on the door. Sure enough an old friend, Terry was driving. We were delighted that Terry agreed to take on our project. He had previously done renovations for us in our old home, helping to renovate our bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Wow, Wow, Wow! What a terrific and delightful experience having Golding Projects adding our new en-suite to our home in Prospect. After a lengthy delay to gain approval for our build our en-suite build commenced in early October 2022. We thought to get this completed prior to Xmas was wishful thinking.[see full review]
